St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician for Rensselaer Health Center. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support.

St Peter’s Rensselaer Health Center provides a full range of health care services for the entire family, including pediatric medicine for newborns through age 17: well-child visits (routine, school, sports, and camp physicals); immunizations; adolescent health; sick visits by appointment; ADHD care; and hospital / ER follow up. Adult medicine services for established patients include routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; preventive health and wellness screenings; routine immunizations and preventive inoculations; routine physicals (including employment, insurance and school physicals); and sick visits by appointment.

This practice also offers refugee health assessments in conjunction with the New York State Department of Health. Clinical social workers are onsite for consultation, assessment and referrals.

Requirements:

  • NYS Licensure and DEA
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible
  • Strong desire to work with refugee population

Recruitment Package:

  • Compensation is between $240,000 and $265,000.  The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position.  Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
