St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C., is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for St Peter's Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. St. Peter’s Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, located at 1444 Western Avenue, in Albany, NY, prides itself in providing high-quality health care services for the entire family, from birth to geriatric care.

Services include: routine pediatric, adult and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, daycare or insurance); routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; routine immunizations and preventive inoculations; preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

The practice offers after-hours on-call phone coverage, and is a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Call is shared via a call group.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should have the following:

• Board Certified, NYS licensure and DEA required
• Ability and willingness to treat all age groups is required
